Since we started, things have moved on somewhat. There is not the same demand for optical locum staff as there was in 1999, so our locums need to be more flexible if they are looking to work every day.

Our process has also changed. We use state-of-the-art systems to locate, book and confirm locum days across the country. This enables us to concentrate more time on providing a service to our clients. We recognise that when clients call us to request locum cover, it's usually because the regular staff member is not able to work. Business must go-on, so we work tirelessly to cover your clinic days.
