Richard has a strong customer service ethic, combined with a passion for technology. Richard has driven cutting edge technology through the heart of the business to sucessfully increase the competitive edge that the Open Recruitment Group holds.

Bonita - Consultant
Bonita joined OPEN part-time in April 2005 after returning from maternity leave. She has a wealth of experience in the Pertemps Group, handing permanent and temporary recruitment programmes.
Natalie - Managing Consultant
Natalie joined the Open team in October 2005, to continue her sucessful recruitment career joining us from another specialist recruitment business. She expertly handles the delivery of permanent and locum recruitment solutions to our clients Nationwide.

Lily has considerable experience in executive search & selection, coupled with a strong background of customer facing roles. Nicki joined the Open team in May 2007. Originally qualified as a Dental Nurse, she has since successfully developed a recruitment career in the healthcare market over the past 7 years.

Rachel - Consultant
Rachel joined Open in August 2007 from the RAF where she worked as a communications officer. She brings confidence and excellent communication skills to the business. Her drive and enthusiasm play a vital role within the industry.
Katie - Trainee Consultant
Originally from New Zealand , Katie is our newest addition to the Open team. Katie is positive, energetic, organised and friendly. Having had no previous experience in recruitment she has certainly made her mark and rises to every challenge.
